For a long time real estate photo boards have remained the same. There have been some attempts at 3D lettering, different sizes and even funky colours but largely boards have not changed. The issue with standard boards are the cost and expense involved in creating them meaning that once produced and installed they are very difficult and expensive to alter.

We decided to fix that.

Our new boards provide a banner middle section that is easily removable and allows for easy and cost effective replacement. This allows for a campaign to be changed at any point to better reflect new information, changes in advertising tack, pricing or even cycling through a fresh set of photos.

Our 3D logo is internally illuminated and light sensitive, turning on at dusk, ensuring that even when the sun sets the board continues to attract attention and deliver effective marketing bang for buck.

I'm impressed with this savvy innovation David. I've done a lot of research on alternative or improved real estate signboards with everything from electronic ink to kiosks. There is a company from Australia called liveboard that has patents on the kiosk. I would rather go with your signboard over liveboard any day. Cost effective, simple, informative. Could you please share dimensions more pictures with me? I would like to try to recreate this here locally in California for my business.

This is a great innovation. Having the flexibility to change tactics mid-campaign is a useful option for vendors. I like it.
